The Ukraine Pavilion at gamescom became a solid meeting point for the nation’s game development industry since its first appearance in 2023. Established studios and new startups, service companies and event organizers demonstrated Ukraine’s creativity, resilience, and potential while building connections with the global gaming community.

The main idea of the pavilion is to present outstanding projects and services from Ukrainian studios. Another key goal is to provide a platform for meetings and negotiations with potential partners.

New participants join the Ukraine Pavilion each year, which reflects the growing interest in this initiative. In 2025, we had a really impressive mix of regular exhibitors and newcomers.

Seeing the global industry’s support for Ukraine is incredibly inspiring. We hope our efforts will help unite our game dev community, strengthen its competitiveness, and, as a result, contribute to a stronger Ukraine,” shared Oleg Yavorsky, Business Development Director of VG Entertainment and one of the organizers of the Ukraine Pavilion.
